PERUGAY tour is supported by the best qualified professional staff in the tourism area, they speak foreign languages: English, Spanish, French and Italian. They are young and highly experienced with a great spirit to make yours, a pleasant and unforgettable trip.
We are highly motivated, hard-working and dedicated to our job – but that's not the only reason to come to work. It is also about having fun, learning new things, meeting great people and being part of something one believes in.
We are delighted to invite our clients into our home - Peru, and share with you our country's wealth. So one of our priorities is to organize regular familiarization and educational trips so that you can learn more about our country.

Carla Barrientos - General Manager
Carla is a Tourism Administration professional .She Studied Management at the Superior Institute of Tourism in Lima, also she speaks several foreign languages that will be very helpful in the tourism industry.
Originally from Lima, Carla grew up enjoying outdoors, trekking, climbing, biking, hiking and exploring the Andes Mountains. During 1996-2002, Carla focused on trekking, biking, climbing and mountaineering in Peru.
After working in the tourism sector and travelling inside Peru and South America for several years she decided to support her plans of setting up a business in Lima.
She started Andex Adventure in 2003 with a passion to bring travellers to Peru. She wanted to share some of the special places she knew and introduce our travellers to different cultures and ways of life. She wanted to have fun, meet people, learn things, explore, and do stuff we could never do at home.
She wanted to travel by anything and everything, and stay anywhere and everywhere!
In 2007 Andex Adventure started focusing in the gay and lesbian friendly market. Therefore they learned all their needs and ways  of travelings and, after 2 years working with them, Carla decided to, in 2009, set up the 2 new  proyects  called PeruGay tour and Luxury Tour, specialized on good quality and comfort, making your trip  enjoyable.

Cyril Mouysset- Incoming Manager – France Trade
Cyril is from France and he speaks good Apanish and English. He is head of the sales department answering the enquiries from the  customers in France. In addition he updates all our readings and communications in French at the office.
In his free time he likes to design and organize Andex Advneture office and the new Project of Peru gay tour
Isabel Figueredo-   Marketing – Portuguese and English consultant
Born in Brazil, she graduated in Tourism and Hotel Administration. After travelling all over South America, she now lives in Europe. She has the Michigan University Proficiency Certificate and has worked with English and Portuguese teaching for more than 8 years. She loves writing and some of her articles have been posted in Tourism magazines and websites. She also speaks great Spanish and by adding her languages experiences, her knowledge of the touristic market and her love for writing, she joined Andex Adventure and PeruGay Tours in order to offer our clients all the best for their trips! And in case you see her running by you, don’t be scared: she’s also a runner and loves all kinds of physical activities!       

Janet Braithwaite – Accountant Manager
Janet is in charge of Andex Adventure accounts. She has worked at many remarkable travel agencies during her career. She really enjoys working and travelling with Andex Adventure

Luisa Paredes– Accountant Assistant
Graduated in xxxx, lover of the tourism field in digits, she is busy all day filtering paperwork to make sure every provider has it’s own payment in time, this way she can assure all of our passengers trips.
Also she is in charge of receiving and checking the proper payment sent by our clients, by coordinating everything that refers to Money.

Sue Hancco -  Supervisor Fits
She has an exceptional customer service skill and attention to details. Sue is renowned for knowing the status and location of each Andex Adventure traveler from the moment they arrive until their departure. She has good organizational skills and her dedication to her work is remarkable. She is a fantastic operations supervisor

Cecilia Barrientos – Web designer
She is in charge of our web site, designing and updating it everyday in order to assist our passengers professionally. She has an exceptional customer service skills and attention to details. In addition she updates the website including videos, pics, forums, networkings. She likes the technology on the web site a lot.

David Hinostroza - IT
He is in charge of our web system, repairing or sorting out any technical inconvenience that may happen in the office.
He also takes care of our equipments , giving maintenance and protecting our data base.
